There's nothing I'd love more than to there for you in the first six weeks and beyond of your new family life.

Being located in the beautiful Gippsland I will lovingly support fellow Gippslanders, wherever that may be. From Traralgon to Warragul. Korumburra through to Wonthaggi. All the way to Foster and anywhere in between. I'll be there for you.

Opening up your home to someone in your early postpartum period is a big deal. I get it. It’s a privilege that I don’t take lightly. Before any commitments are made you are welcome, and encouraged, to a non-obligatory casual catch-up, to see if I’ll be the right fit for you.

The Prep Sesh

You’re expecting a baby, congratulations! You’ve learnt, planned and prepared for birth. But what about the time after you’ve met your baby? Planning for a restful postpartum is essential for physical, emotional and mental health. Lets set you up to transition into parenthood with confidence and grace. In this one off visit we will deep dive into postpartum planning including self care, village building, setting boundaries and meal trains. This session is up to 2 hours, in your home.

Tender Mother Care

My signature package, the postpartum support that will hold you within the fourth trimester and beyond. This is the ultimate investment in you, the mother or birthing parent. I’m here to hold you in whatever capacity feels best for you and your family. Need someone to cook you delicious meals and snacks? Need a non-judgmental and impartial ear to unload and unpack your thoughts and emotions with? Need some parenting guidance? Someone to support you to find yourself through your matrescence journey? If you answered yes to any of these (and you will because you are human) than I’m your person and this is your package.

Each session involves making your home smell delicious with 1 main meal and 1 or 2 snacks of your choice from the offered menu.

* Cost of ingredients is included in the price.

Investment:

1 session $300

3 sessions $880

6 sessions $1600

10 sessions $3000

Extra hours in the session can be added for $60/hour.

Voucher

Have a loved one who is pregnant or a new Mum, but you don’t know what gift to

give them? Maybe it’s a family member? A friend? Or even a work colleague?

New Mums love buying things for their baby, they don’t need you to do that for them. They do however need someone to take care of them. They need someone to tell them that it’s okay for them to be cared for, to accept help. What better way to say than with a postpartum care gift voucher.

This is the perfect gift for first time Mums; last time Mums or the in between Mums.

I was lucky enough to be gifted 3 postpartum visits with Kylie and I cannot speak highly enough about everything she offers and did for me.

At each visit Kylie offered an impartial ear to anything I wanted to share; gave me great insight and perspective into motherhood; and without a doubt she absolutely helped me to ease into this new phase of my life. Her meals and snacks were all nutritious, hearty, and incredibly delicious. She'd help with light housework, or just chat and give me great company. She was also kind enough to sit with my son while I had a massage in my home and took the stress and anxiety away with a newborn.

To anyone thinking about investing in a postpartum doula for themselves or others, I say yes, do! I will be again in the future.
